Tracking numbers will be provided 3–5 days after your order has shipped.

What if I’m not satisfied with my product?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products.
You have 30 days from contacting us to return your item for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll refund the full original purchase amount.
Please include your name and order number with the return to ensure quick processing.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order for free as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
If it has already shipped, please follow our return policy for a refund.
